I want to share this testimony with everyone. I hope that by sharing what God has done for me and my family, that it will bring hope to those who are going through trials and suffering. God has done something quite miraculous in my life. Just a few days before Thanksgiving 2007. I was arrested for stealing. It was not something that I had planned. I had made a bad decision that resulted in so much grief and stress for me and my family. It was my 20th birthday, and I had gone out with my friends and had a lot of alcohol. I had gone into 3 unlocked vehicles and had taken the radios and some cds. The next morning, I saw more clearly the seriousness of what I had done. A couple of days later, two detectives showed up at my door. I knew that I was in some trouble. I confessed what I had done. I invited them in to see what I had taken and wanted to return the items. They told me I had to go with them. I hugged my dad goodbye. I was then handcuffed and taken to jail. Fingerprinted and had my picture taken. I was now in jail with a bond of $30,000.00. I knew that my parents were having financial issues and could not easily pay the bond to get me out. I was in jail for days.
We were told by a friend that knew someone that worked at the jail, that sometimes it is good to not bail out of Jail, but to say in; so that when you do go before the judge, he might say the time has been served and you may go. This was my first offense. I had never been in jail before. But this was not the case. The detectives then started questioning me on every crime involving vehicle thefts in the entire area. I had to give an account for where I was and who I was with at the time of those other crimes. I explained that on one of those occasions, I was with a girl…Then things become worst….much worse. It was later discovered that this girl was under age. I didn’t know that the girl was underage. I wanted to be honest and confess all that I had done.
My mom and dad cried out to God on whether or not to leave me in or to bail me out. My mom asked God, if I was to stay in jail, let it be according to His will; otherwise, He would need to provide the bail money. The next morning at 6:00 am, mom received a call for my aunt who said that she had $3,000.00 she could wire to her that day. My dad came and bailed me out that day, the day before Thanksgiving. About a week later, I had a warrant out for my arrest due to I had been with a girl that was under age. My mom and dad had already hired an attorney who had advised me to turn myself in. I was now in Jail again with a bond of $25,00.00. My mom and dad paid another $2,500.00 to bail me out.
Now there were two different charges against me; the second charge was much more serious. My attorney stated that this was very bad and I had better pray to God. This charge carried a mandatory sentence of 15 years in prison. I had never been so scared in my life. Will I go to prison. Is my life over? My mom and dad had tried to warn me about the people I hand around and the consequences of not living a godly life. I thought nothing could happen to me. I am a good person. But it was happening. It was like a bad dream. I wasn’t sure how to connect with God or how to even begin. My mom and dad had been attending True Light Ministries for over a year now and encouraged me to come to get prayer on Thursday night. At first I thought, why would God save me? I have been so rebellious in so many ways….I didn’t get into the word and I didn’t pray that much. I was busy doing my own thing. I started going to TLM on Thursday night for prayer. I know that Pastor Ricky is a man of God and I knew that I needed prayer now more than ever. For the next 2 months I continued to get prayer every Thursday night. Pastor Ricky had given me a word that God was going to get me out of this, that this was my wake up call. I believed that God would deliver me and I held on to this hope.
The next day, Friday, February 1st, my mom received a call from the attorney to say that something amazing has happened. The prosecuting attorney has agreed to drop the charge to a misdemeanor and that probation would be sufficient. That means no jail time, no prison time. This was miracle! This was supposed to be mandatory 15 year sentence. But it was by God’s great mercy and grace that I had been delivered…I believe that word that Pastor Ricky spoke over me has come to pass. God has gotten me out of this. God has put mercy in the hearts of the judge and the prosecuting attorney.
I am still waiting on the other case for the theft to be over. I am trusting in God to deliver me from this as well. While I was in jail, I realized that there is not much to do; there are not many distractions. Out in the world, there are many distractions that can keep you busy and away from God. I still struggle with keeping my focus on God. I am trying my best to read God’s word every day and to spend time getting to know him. I still continue to go for prayer every Thursday night. By God’s grace, I still have my job and I continue to help my mom pay for attorney charges. I just have to say, that there was no way that I deserved such mercy, but God has heard our prayers.

Dr. Ricky Roberts prayed for me and then began to describe a woman, telling me the exact hair color and clothing she would wear. He warned me that it was a trap of Satan to mess up what God has for me. Weeks later, I was at college and saw this exact girl with the exact description for on entire week straight! She wore the clothes he said she would wear. I stayed far away from her. Praise God.

on the program, he had given a word about a man severely
tormented by witches. That man is me. That kind of

Four out of five
prophecies given to me by Brother Ricky have already
been fulfilled. Actually, they were fulfilled within

Dear Bro. Ricky, I
had lost my precious rings for twenty years. These rings
were my engagement ring, my marriage ring and one other.
I searched and could not find them. We had moved from
the home that I had lost my rings and concluded that I
would never find them again. As both Ed and I were
moving from Georgia to Florida, you came to our home to
encourage us. As God was moving, you said, "Within three
days, your rings will be found." You further said, "God
will move and cause you to find your rings in the home
that you did not loss them in." Well, I could do nothing
but believe. On the third day, I went to a room in our
home, opened a drawer, reached back to the farthest
corner of that drawer and found wrapped in a
handkerchief the rings that I had lost for so many
years. I did not place them there, nor did I ever have
my rings in a handkerchief. I had used that drawer for
years and when I had lost my rings, I checked every
place in my home, including that particular drawer. How
my rings found there way in that drawer is a mystery,
except by the Lord. I believe that the Gifts of the
Spirit were at work and the angelic too.

I have a cute testimony for you. A year ago, when we had
your birthday at Alma, a friend of mine named Jan came
and asked for prayer for her daughter-in -law who was 35
and had not been able to become pregnant. You had a
pregnant woman pray for her and you said that she would
conceive within 4 months. Now its one year later and
guess what? Yep, she is due any time. She has had
problems thru the pregnancy with episodes of premature
labor, but there was lots of prayer on her behalf and
she gives God the credit. Its a girl. I'll get Jan to
write it up for your web page. She is supposed to come
to your next Alma or Douglas meeting. Hey, maybe the
baby will be born on your birthday! LaD
In the spring of
2000 I was managing a retail seafood market and needed a
captain to operate my fishing boat. During the prayer
service I asked for prayer concerning someone to run my
boat. Brother Ricky told me he didn't need to pray, that
the Lord told him He would send two men, one a Christian
and the other man would not be a Christian. The next day
before 12:00 noon, two men, who I personally knew,
approached me about the job of running my boat. I knew,
just as the Lord told Brother Ricky, that one of these
men was a Christian. Guess who got the job! Praise God.

The first time I started attending True Light Ministries
in the spring of 1999. I asked prayer for my son.
Brother Ricky prayed and the Lord showed him that our
son would be saved and delivered. He told me to stand in
faith and God would slowly, step by step, deliver and
set free. There have been many spiritual battles and
still are, but we have seen the power of God working in
our son and praise God he even attended one of the
prayer meetings and received salvation. The word that
Brother Ricky received from the Lord for our son has
been a comfort to us and has increased our faith and
trust in God to heal and deliver in His perfect timing.

Last year I was pregnant with my second child. The
doctors gave me very little hope of carrying the child
to completion or the child living. Brother Ricky
prophesied that the child would be alright and that I
would carry the child to completion. All that which he

I owned a farm which was not making money since my
husband had died. Neither could I work with the farm. It
was costing me money and I was not receiving anything in
return. I was ready to sell it very cheaply, but Ricky
stopped me and said that if I would trust in the Lord
that He would send someone to buy the property twenty
thousand dollars more than I had been asking. What to
do? I accepted what God said and waited. Within a period
of time, a man came and offered me exactly twenty
thousand dollars more than I had asked previously.

was wrong. As he prayed, he said that Satan would try to
kill my daughter, but God would keep her from all harm.
That night, she was in a car wreck, but she was not

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I came
in at the end of your interview with Sid Roth on 'It's
Supernatural', but My mother told me that at the start
of the program tonight 3/11/01 you spoke of a mother who
received word from God two months ago that her daughter
would be healed. I believe it was me, my daughter
started to refuse her medication - she is only 6 yrs. I
heard God saying that laughter is the best medicine, and
felt he wanted me to relax and go with it. However, she
is still having startled nights, not quite seizures, but
disturbed nights. I sense God telling me to stand on His
word. I myself was in hospital for surgery about 2
months ago, and God gave me such a revelation. I can
relate to your vision of spare body parts, because I
believed I had spiritual surgery. How amazing the Holy
Spirit is, hovering over me recreating as how I believe
he was have hovered over the waters to create the
heavens and the earth in the first place. What a
tremendous God we serve. However, I live in a small
minded village where my revelation and vision is
nonsense to the local locum minister, who seriously
doubts the state of my mind. I pray that God spoke to
you about my girl. She is supposed to have damage to the
mid parietal area of her brain, but I believe that God
will renew those cells. If He can resurrect dead bodies,
what are a few cells to him? I saw you last week and
your story gave me great encouragement. Please pray that
God wants to do a similar miracle in my daughter.
Blessings to you and your mother in this ministry. What
spoke to me also last week was how your mother had to
stand on the word of God. That God me searching the
Bible and writing out on card, verses relating to
healing, especially since God clearly said to me that
whatever I asked in Jesus name would be given to me. It
is His will to heal her, isn't it? Praise the Lord.

Entering my senior year of high school, I was faced with
a great burden: no money for college. Coming from a
divorced family that had not set aside a college budget,
the task of earning money to go to school was left in my
hands. God spoke through Ricky saying that I'd have
$100,000 to pay for my education. I thought it was
crazy, but I believed all the same, never letting go of
the promise throughout my senior year. Every time I
filled out a scholarship application, I believed the
promise. On year later, enrolled in high school, this
first year of college is paid for and I even have
overflow because of all the money that came in. I'm
being paid to go to college rather than worrying about

A storm is coming.
A season of peace is on the horizon.
God gave me a job off the road in Jacksonville, Fl; The
storm was that we had to move out of our house. God gave
us a place rent free and utilities paid. The season of
peace is right upon us---we are in the beginning stages

Over the past seven years I've had problems with my ex
wife resulting in court battles over my daughter.
Another upcoming visit to the court was a day away and
it wasn't looking good. My lawyer basically bailed on me
and I had no cash for another one. So at the Tuesday
meeting in Fernandina, my present wife and I asked for
prayer concerning Wednesday's hearing. The Word from the
Lord was that HE was going to take care of everything
and that He was going to shut up the mouth of the
accuser. Well to sum it all up without specifics He did
just that. I remained honest with my case as I always
have (which in the past has never done any good), and
kept my mind on biblical principles with respect to the
court. Really, without a lawyer there to mess things up,
everything went well! And the accuser (you know who)
kept being shut up by her own lawyer! The Word Fulfilled
- - - RHEMA. Keep in mind though that I've always done
my best to stay in the walk with God throughout these
battles and jumping into a court battle without
preparation and the Lord is not the way to go. Matt

The doctor had said
that I was going blind and was partly blind already.
What he said was the truth. I could do nothing but cry
tears of sorrow. I heard about Dr. Ricky and went to one
of his meetings in Brunswick Ga. He prayed for me that I
would be healed of blindness. He prophesied that God
would heal me of that blindness and God did. Praise God!

A prophecy was
given to me concerning some ties that the Lord was going
to break. As of Dec. 10th 2001, those ties were broken.
I now have a feeling of relief. It feels as if a
thousand pounds have been lifted off my shoulders. I had
not realized that these things had begun to weight me
